Managing Community Education (CE) finances is more complex than ever. CE Directors, Coordinators, Managers, and Supervisors must navigate evolving funding formulas, balance multiple revenue sources, generate new funding streams, and protect existing revenues.
This professional development series offers three focused financial management sessions, culminating in a follow-up clinic for technical assistance. Each workshop provides valuable materials, real-world examples, and practical tools to support effective financial management in CE.

The sessions will be conducted in-person for attendees within a 70-mile radius of Elk River and offered as a hybrid option for those beyond the 70-mile radius.
