Elevating the Profession
I have utilized the MCEA Careers page for several years now as a Director. It is a very simple process to post a position and I have found it to be a great member benefit for a small fee. I have always had success finding qualified applicants through the MCEA job postings. In addition to posting positions, I myself utilized the careers page in finding my current position. If you aren't already taking advantage of this opportunity, then I strongly encourage you to do so.
Using the MCEA careers page to find staff has been a game-changer for us. It's easy to submit a job posting and the page helps us to connect with highly qualified candidates efficiently and seamlessly.
MCEA has been a pillar for spreading the word on the open positions that I have posted, I know when it gets placed on the career opportunities page, we will increase our chances of getting a quality candidate! I have found my jobs through the career opportunities page and have hired several wonderful employees that found the job via MCEA. I will always think of MCEA first to post our jobs!
