Purpose of committee
Provide/create linkages between practitioners to advance MCEA goals while increasing practitioner knowledge and skills statewide. Identify emerging best practices and program data and communicate their significance to members statewide. Our goal is to implement a sustainable statewide marketing and advocacy campaign.

MCEA Marketing in Action: Here for You
The Minnesota Community Education Association (MCEA) is Here for You, our members, to help you highlight the value and impact of community education programs across the state. MCEA members are connectors in their communities, and the Here for You marketing campaign provides tools to enhance that connection through positive storytelling and engagement.

Here for You Campaign
Community education is here to create opportunities for growth, education and belonging that connect you a bit more closely to the heart of life. Through the tools and resources provided by the Here For You campaign, community education programs across the state can share their stories, connect with their community and bring their offerings to new heights!
Engage Your Community with the Toolkit
The MCEA Here for You Toolkit helps community education departments around the state to be able to tell their stories and promote the work they are doing. The toolkit consists of graphics, messages, and guides with the goal of providing the tools you need to connect with your community. Whether you are looking for ways to strengthen your social media presence, personalize the stories and messages about your programming, or just have some ways to tell your story, this toolkit can help.
Ready to Use
You can download a variety of resources that have been prepared as part of the Here for You Campaign even if you don’t have a team to create or customize tools. There are also templates that you could customize to fit your district/program.
