Pay: $53,000-$65,000 DOQ

The Site Manager position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the FLIGHT program, an after-school program for middle school students, and for co-managing the EPIC Connection Summer program. The Site Manager plays a primary role in ensuring that all participants have a safe, supportive, and interactive environment, by building positive relationships with all students, supervising other FLIGHT staff, and creating a curriculum that is both engaging and enriching for students.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of curriculum
- Facilitate and maintain an appropriate environment
- Recruitment and enrollment of new students into the program
- Understand and implement district and program guidelines
- Oversee all FLIGHT after-school clubs
- Manage the completion of all necessary records and forms for participants, parents, staff, and the school district
- Participate in staff development activities, staff meetings, advisory committees, and other related meetings
- Work closely with the program and inclusion facilitators, and other school district staff to meet the individual and special needs of all participants
- Develop regular, ongoing communication internally with staff and externally with families and school personnel
- Purchase materials for the individual site within the established budget and recommend additional purchases for the overall program
- Work cooperatively with community agencies to enhance programming
- Aid in the coordination of providing snacks and necessary facility use for the program
- Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and information materials
- Support the total program as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of 4 years of education and school-age care experience
