Important district staff to connect with/keep in the loop:

SAC programs need to connect with Community Education Directors and office staff, building Principals, nurses and secretaries, and special education staff. They should also have contacts with the food service programs and transportation department.

Important laws to know:

Minn. Statutes 2016 124D.19
2016 124D.22
MN DHS Rule 3

Community members to connect with:

SAC programs should have contacts with county child-care assistance programs. Try to work with other social service programs to help families in need. Programs should also know who else in the community is offering similar services. (Boys and Girls Clubs, YMCA, YWCA, Churches, Day Care Centers, etc.)
