Creating Culture & Inspiring Staff through Clarity & Listening
This will be an interactive high-level overview of the importance of communicating with clarity with our colleagues, school staff and the community (why it is important and pathways to promote clarity). We will also be investigating how listening for impact is crucial in all of our roles (practicing how to listen well and understanding why we need to do this). We will also have a presentation of MCEA updates across the state and region.
