There is a program called Cooperative Purchasing Connection (CPC). It is a program of eight Minnesota Service Cooperatives and they’re affiliated with associations like MASMS, MASA, MASBO, and others. The Service Cooperatives created CPC to provide procurement solutions for education communities in Minnesota for free.
So, for example, if you go to https://purchasingconnection.org/contract/298/ then you’d fine the CPC Vendor Profile Page for Barnes and Noble. Education communities can use the contract to get 35% off the list price of books just by referencing our contract. That’s it! There’s no fee or catch.
A full list of vendors is listed at https://purchasingconnection.org/category/
