DATA COACH / FAMILY ADVOCATE
Families First of Minnesota has an opening for a full-time Data Coach/Family Advocate in its School Readiness Program. The Data Coach/Family Advocate’s primary responsibilities include assisting preschool teachers in understanding and collecting data to improve kindergarten readiness skills and to provide families in the program with resources to meet their needs, while encouraging self-sufficiency and growth in daily living.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Early Childhood Education or Social Work or a combined equivalent of education, experience and/or training. Experience working with families from diverse and low-income populations is preferred. This individual will be detail-oriented, highly organized and proficient in computer and software use. The ideal candidate will be a team player who supports partnering with families and supporting staff. Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) candidates preferred.
