The Early Childhood Family Programs Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, evaluating, providing leadership and representation of all early childhood family programs. Early Childhood Family Education, School Readiness preschool and programming, Early Childhood Screening, special events, and collaborative programming with ECSE and other community organizations. In absence of CE Director provide leadership for the CE Department.
Requirements
BA degree in Early Childhood Education; MA preferred
Minnesota Department of Education issued Early Childhood Licensure
Administrative License preferred (Either Community Education or Principal)
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in early childhood or parent education

Position: Early Childhood Family Programs Manager
Location: Jefferson Learning Center
Rate of Pay: $88,000 – $97,000 Pay Band
Hours Per Day: 8 Hours Per Day
Schedule (Approximately): 7:45am – 4:15pm
Working Days per Year: 225 Work Days, 2026-2027 School Year
