Position Start Date: Contract starts July 1, 2025
FTE/days:  1.0 – 260 day fulltime  
Responsible To:  Executive Director of Community Education
Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of experience supervising Early Childhood Programs or similar related experience preferred
  • Experience in supervision and development of teachers and staff.
  • Experience in early childhood practices and leadership
  • Knowledge of relevant statutes, rules and policies.
  • Experience and knowledge in working with diverse and underserved populations
  • Experience in budget management preferred 

Major Job Functions; Specific Tasks/Required Knowledge, Ability and Skills: Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and program development for district wide early childhood programs within the Community Education Department in ECCS.   This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high-quality instruction, fostering community partnerships, and supporting families with children birth to age five.  The Manager of Early Childhood Programs ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and alignment with district goals to enhance school readiness and early learning outcomes. This is a fulltime position see attachment

Salary: $155,934 + up to $3400 for longevity for time working in the district

Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment:  Compensation will be determined by District 112.
