Waconia Public Schools - ISD 110 is seeking an experienced
educator for the position of Early Childhood Program Supervisor. The
Early Childhood Program Supervisor provides vision for and direct supervision
of the early learning programs offered through Community Education. Programs
include Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE), Rainbow Preschool, Parent
Education, and School Readiness. The successful candidate will ensure
excellence in student educational programming, coordinate with the Special
Education Supervisor regarding Early Childhood Special Education
programming, and collaborate with elementary principals to provide smooth
student transitions to K-5 programming. The successful candidate will
also communicate the district's educational vision and philosophy to the
employees, students, parents, and community.
Start Date: July
Childhood Education, Early Childhood Family Education, or Parent Education
license is required. A minimum of three (3) years teaching experience in
Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Family Education, or Parent
Education is required, supervisory experience preferred. B.A. required,
is a twelve-month position with a competitive salary, plus an excellent

Waconia Public Schools is a fast-growing school district near the banks
of Lake Waconia and approximately 25 miles west of Minneapolis. The
