Problem Solving and Thinking on Your Feet
Presented by Dawn Huber
Problem solving for any community educator, no matter your position, is a critical skill. Employers want people who can use creativity, reasoning and past experiences to identify and solve problems effectively. Inexperienced problem solvers tend to jump right in to a solution stage of problem solving without taking proper time to fully understand the problem. In turn, unpreparedness may cause more problems. The key is to discover the real problem (often multiple) up front and then come up with successful solutions. The task of thinking on your feet is a learned skill and is invaluable in times of issues and concerns. Join us to get at all of this and more
