Building Reservation and Activity Center Manager

Hours:
8 hours per day
12 months

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
Five year’s experience in management, building reservations or facilities programming/management

Responsibilities: Responsible for district Building Reservations implementation and strategic planning
Responsible for district Activity Center membership program and strategic planning
Responsible for Activity Center and Building Reservations budgets
Responsible for staff supervision which includes interviewing, hiring, training, professional development and evaluations
Coordinating shared use of facilities with athletics and physical education teachers at both sites
Facility upkeep and improvement
Activity Center membership program marketing and evaluation
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with school administrators, Activity Directors, and district staff
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with community groups using school facilities
Responsible for web-based Building Reservations and Activity Center membership programs
Develops facility use operating procedures, guidelines, and rental fees
Other duties as assigned
