This is a workshop that all levels of community education personnel should attend. As directors, coordinators, para-professionals, office staff and building supervisory personnel, we are constantly in contact with our public through programs, registration, community meetings, administrative and teacher meetings and building /program supervision. Our consultant, Dawn Huber, will present a very engaging three-hour workshop. Dawn brings over 18 years of learning and development experience. She has worked for companies such as Northwest Airlines and Best Buy, where customer service was a key initiative.

During this workshop, you will learn to:
•    Identify your customers’ needs and how to best satisfy them
•    Exceed expectations in critical areas
•    Present yourself professionally and personally
•    Overcome communication barriers
•    Develop techniques for dealing with difficult customers
•    Go from good to exceptional in providing customer service
